YOUR PICNIC IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL YOUR 50% IS SUBMITTED AND WE HAVE RECEIVED A SIGNED COPY OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations. But we know things happen! We would be glad to reschedule your picnic within a 48 hour notice. If it is less than a 48 hour notice, there will be a $75 fee.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY PICNIC

We would love to suggest some parks to set up! We can even do backyards! Some fees or restrictions may apply to certain locations. We work in the Kingsport, TN area. We are familiar with Kingsport City Parks and Laurel Run Park. Again Fees & Restrictions may apply to certain locations. There is also a Travel Fee for locations outside of Kingsport, TN.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS?

Definitely! Bring your favorite snacks or meals! You can also check out  our partners for some other options for fun food or drinks! Gathering Place Picnic Co. LLC is not liable for any possession of alcohol. Anything brought to your picnic is your responsible and Gathering Place Picnic Co. LLC is not responsible for any consequences.

CAN I LEAVE IN THE DURNING MY PICNIC?

Sure! If you do need to leave before your scheduled time is up, please give a 30 minute notice to arrive. Please do not leave the picnic unattended. You are responsible for all the items at your picnic until we get there. No refunds can be made for leaving early.

WHAT HAPPENS IS THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

Bad weather is enefitable! We will gladly reschedule your picnic for free. We can reschdule up to 3 months ahead of the original date.

HOW DOES SETUP AND CLEANUP WORK?

If the picnic is hosted at your residency, we will arrive 30 minutes early to set up. We will leave at the start of your scheduled time and come back at the end of your scheduled time to clean up!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN A PICNIC HOST?

As of now, we can host up to 10 guests per picnic! The two person picnic starts at $180 with an additional $25 fee for each additional guest!

HOW DO I BOOK MY PICNIC?

To book your picnic, you will need to submit a request  on our website or via email. We will get back with you with 24 hours and send you an invoice for your picnic. The picnic must have a 50% deposit before we can lock in your scheduled date. The other 50% must be paid 24 hours before your event.
